Sometimes is pays to be the squeaky wheel, not that I was by any means. I finally contacted AHP, via a ticket, a second time since the upgrade. Greg though my server was up 100%, which wasn't the case. The bottom line is that I'm now up 100%. The Virtuozzo Control Panel is the only remaining issue, which is not an operational issue for me. Greg stated that he will let everyone know when SWSoft has a fix and it is back up.
