I only briefly glanced through everyone's replies but it seems like some people are misunderstanding your problem. The internal page indexes (nothing visible on the display side of the PDF) are exactly the same as when you merged them. So it makes it quite unreliable for printing. I have had to have my clients just go to the pages they want and hit "print this page"
As for a workaround, that's it. DDX doesn't support it as of right now, and probably never will. You can either ditch cfpdf, and move to some other PDF processing application, or you can wait for Coldfusion 10. I filed a bug report about this and received an email that it would be corrected in Coldfusion 10. http://cfbugs.adobe.com/cfbugreport/flexbugui/cfbugtracker/main.html#bugId=83339 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/message.cfm/messageid:338823 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-talk/unsubscribe.cfm
