huh. I had to check. "OCTAL ABSOLUTE: A numbering system using eight as a base instead of two, as in binary, or ten, as in decimal."
that's whacked. but might be kind of fun ... once. for 15 minutes... oh yeah, that's why I like CF. cause I have to be able to build my app in 15 minutes or I'm done... I have seen one nice site designed in Front Page. Perfect fit for the site. They are a young company, hands-on business people, and wanted to have control over their site. Not a complex site, and not dynamic, but lots of features available for what they need. But I hated having to install FP extensions. (I have it on a box by itself), not by design really, just worked out that way. Those of us who are suspicious of compilers and interpreters prefer programming in Octal Absolute... takes a while, but 0% overhead. %-)> Dick At 4:40 PM -0600 11/27/01, Justin Hansen wrote: >A higher up said "If ColdFusion was so easy to learn why aren't there more >CF programmers out there?" > >So what do I tell him? > >How many CF Developers are there? >How many sites use CF? > >Is there a Macromedia rep in the house? > >He thinks FrontPage is the way to go.... > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Your ad could be here.
