Hi All,

Wow, talk about advice to spare.

Ok, that resturant analogy perfectly describes the situation. In fact I may
use that on her :)

Documentation: I learned the hard way that you do this, I save every email,
all my notes, anything, I even recorded down our telephone conversation (on
paper not on tape) So that gives me a good solid footing in terms of
legality.

As for the past and what work has already been done, the original site was
completed and fully tested last year. I was paid and everyone in the office
was happy with what I had done. It happens that this office manager is new
and wasn't around for the creation of the site.

So what I'm getting from what everyone has said is that I either write this
off as a loss or stand up for myself in a number of ways, either through
court, making her bluff or taking her to resturant for breakfast (j/k) It is
a situation about principals in the end and I guess the right thing to do
would be to tell her flat out what I expect. Now I'm not too wild about
going the court route (as I don't have much cash for this) but I have no
problem what so ever about blocking her administrative access.

Just more to think about I suppose. It's one thing to say the customer is
always right but not when the deal in bad faith.
