Maybe it's the recruiters that are 'on the way out' of the CF world ;)

I mean, with such a good (but small) community here and OS maybe recruiters
don't add as much value as they do for the Java or .Net market. Plus, does a
recruiter really know how to recognise a good CF developer? I'm not sure.
