Hi Adam, Here are my slides from my WebDU 2006 presentation about building web apps with CFCs which may help you establish a baseline to evaluate other CF frameworks from. Remember the underlying patterns (and I really recommend the head-first design patterns book for these) aren't that complex and you probably already use some of them without knowing their name - understand these first, apply the patterns if they help and use the frameworks if they help you apply the patterns.
