hehe thanks for the kind words Mike. It doesn't bother me as I've learnt
early in the piece "Where there is smoke, there better be fire and if there
isn't fire, I'll light one". It's actually amazing to watch the cultures
collide between Adobe and Microsoft. If you're a Microsoftee its like you're
instantly on the sh8$t list before you even open your mouth.. even more
hilarious was that this happened with people I knew for the past 10 years
overnight (literally) change posture when around me...

I've never experienced racism, but I do have a glimpse of an understanding
of what it's like to be judged by your exterior and less about what you do
and what you've done.

What really pisses me off though is that I get to pay for some random act of
stupidity done by some idiot ~2002 and beyond. The hilarious part for me is
that I walk into my office here at Redmond and a lot of the guys and girls I
work with are actually ex-Macromedia ex-Adobe :) (that and Marc Anders for
example, thermo brains trust is actually the guy behind ASP - not
ASP.NETbut straight blend).

Point is, this is a big industry, there are long memories and today's brand
can be the hero whilst tomorrows brand can be the devil in disguise - Google
and Apple are slowly finding this out! :)

Be a student of software not brand, and Rae, in the most offensive manner I
can portray - Bite me :)
