The differences between Netscape 4.7 and 6.0+ are staggering to say the
least, but I take your point that they didn't state it worked in
Mozilla/Netscape 7.0.

Well - what I found interesting is that they said it worked in IE and
Netscape 4.7.

The never said it worked in any of the browsers that he actually uses. 
And, although Netscape (and IE for that matter) have their roots in
Mozilla code, there is no gaurantee that if it works in Netscape 4.7
that it will work in any other version of Mozilla.

You only have to even look at the latest releases of Netscape and
Mozilla
- and look at the speed differences (load, rendering, etc.) between the
two - to realise they are not necessarily the "same" code.
