I was hoping that pointing out the success in ColdFusion we are seeing in Australia would show evidence that we have a great sales and reseller strategy for ColdFusion in Australia.
Let me explain a little more.
We have a comprehensive distribution strategy for ColdFusion in Australia. We have world class distribution partners who distribute product via a broad reseller channel. There is a place for resellers of any type to sell Macromedia products. We also have a person in the Australian team focused solely on working with our resellers to help them sell more Macromedia software.
From a sales pro-activity view point, Macromedia has several 'feet on the street' in Australia constantly pushing the ColdFusion story to customers, that team includes myself and a bunch of other highly experienced Macromedia staff. But really who sells ColdFusion are the people building great solutions on top of that platform, our ColdFusion partners, customers and community.
The Macromedia Australia team has never been more excited about the ColdFusion business, I really think the ColdFusion business in Australia is in great shape, and it's been great to see people in the community validate that viewpoint.
