I use Fusebox on one of my jobs. I must admit it feels wrong to me. Mixing CF 
and XML in the circuits seems like a messy approach.
I may change my opinion once I've played with the 'no xml' version.

I'm lovin Model-Glue though :-)

Still to look at Coldbox but the site and docs are impressive.

I think Jared got it spot on. Coldbox probably has the best online 
documentation, but Fusebox is by far the most mature and is incredibly robust 
and has proved itself to be fast. Fusebox also tries hard not to force the 
developer into using OO, procedural or even MVC. Pretty much the only thing it 
does enforce is the front controller design pattern.
