looking at a Milodon pan (pg 48) for 64-90 big Chevy, the dip stick is on the passenger side.
If this is the stock replacement Milodon pan, the dipstick is on the passenger side. i have this pan on my "spare" 454. Also, every BBC oil pan i have seen has the dipstick on the passenger side.
