There is just enough room behind the bumper bolts to cut the holes larger
and move the bumper 3/16" to the right without seeing the larger hole.
Anyone have a suggestion on the best way to cut the square hole larger?

I was afraid of that. I also wonder how good the chrome good really is.
Anyway, I would drill the holes to a larger size so you can adjust and move
the bumper to the correct alignment. It is ashamed that aftermarket part are
cramp. I wish a company would come out with premium parts. Why not??
