My guess is a dremel tool with a cutting bit would be a good way to get
inside the hole and enlarge it just slightly without scratching anything.

I will let you guys know if there is any problem with the fit on my El
Camino. It's possible that Ausley's gets their bumpers from a different
manufacturer.

There is just enough room behind the bumper bolts to cut the holes larger
and move the bumper 3/16" to the right without seeing the larger hole.
Anyone have a suggestion on the best way to cut the square hole larger?
