Thanks.. I tried that, and the driveshaft only spun 1.75 times to make a complete tire revolution..
Could this be right??

If you don't have positraction, you need to turn both rear tires at the same time. That assures that you are turning the ring gear and not just spinning the side & pinion gears in the diff.
