Hey Sarge,
       Being that SS equipment was an option in 1969, I'm now back to square 1 (Gotta find the damn build sheet!) Nevertheless, I appreciate your efforts and taking the time to look that up for me. It's not so much that I doubt the car is an SS, it's that I have no way to prove it. John is absolutely right though, Chevrolet wasn't thinking of some guy looking for info 35 years later, they kept minimal records to maintain their business.
