If the 200-4R is shorter than the transmission it replaces the
driveshaft will need to be lengthened.  Also, even if the 200
is replacing an identical-length TH350 the crossmember will
need to be moved back as the 200 and TH400 have identical
bell-to-mount distances while the 350 distance is less.  Off
the top of my head I think it's 6-1/4" or 6-1/2".
