I forgot that the come with the bushing kit. I haven't bought one for myself yet. It would be great if you could email it anyway.

John I scanned a copy of the bushing location.   Would you like a copy? I can email it to you.  I'm surprised that you didn't get  one with the bushing kit.    There are specific locations for particular bushings.
