I am a working person and I have to leave my ADULT Chi mix at home every day for about 10 hours (sigh!). Is it alright to confine our Chis to a small space, like a bathroom, with a kiddie door, the kind they can see thru so they don't feel so confined? I have done this a few times and when I come home from work, she is terribly happy to see me, but there is not other sign of trauma or acting up. Everything is fine. She's such a good girl. However, I am still torn with guilt.
Those of you who work and leave their Chis home alone, do you confine them, or do you let them roam the house free? Thanks ------------------------ Yahoo!
