PPPPFFFFFTTTTTTT. I just can't agree with that assessment and doubt many who are owned by chis could agree either :-) My little Taz is a real kisser. In fact, every night, he kisses little Dinah for at least 20 minutes non stop till her hair is wet and sticking straight up! It was the way to stimulate the mother into giving milk and also regurgitating food (in the wild). Excessive licking as in clothes etc they are licking you as your smells especially the more personal smells are on the couch, your clothes or your bed.
