Where are you? Only ask because of the maple syrup question. any supermarket will have it if you have none in but if you have honey in, it will work just as well. Rub it into his gums.Make sure you keep the water syringes up. Will he lap at all? The shot the vet will give will be antibiotics same as you're giving him orally but in an injection form. (I would have insisted on that right at the beginning) I think the shots that people have been talking about on this forum are vaccinations and the reactions to them. how is he now? has he been sick again? If he's not, have you tried him with a tiny tiny piece of steamed chicken?
