Hi,
My MOBO is equipt with 2 COM Port,COM1 is build in
into the board, soldered directly into the mobo, and
there is a provision to add a second port,COM2.
As my need increases for port, I just installed
another COM port,COM2 via a cable with build in
connector.
I set my BIOS to auto assign IRQ for my PORT but I
can't make it work.
I go to Device manager for any conflict in my IRQ but
found nothing.
I used a diagnostic program that uses a LOOPBACK Plug
to check my COM2 and the software told me that COM2 is
Sending Data but not receiving it..
Is the fault in my MOBO??
Thanks
