Hi,
A similar situation happened here in Hamilton Ontario, not with a stolen
dog but with a found dog.
The people did an appeal to the media, and everything turn out good at the
end (minus one famuly who was hearbroken)
Following this, the Humane Society had to change its rule. So there is hope!
