What a scary story - I watch my two like a hawk when they go out back
in their fenced -in yard. I don't know what I would do if they were
stolen, but
I think every responsible Cavalier owner should have their dogs micro-
chipped. I am very thankful I did; this doesn't ensure their safety
from thieves but you are right, it should give the SPCA something to
think about, maybe doing the ethical thing.
