I am just a pet owner but I microchipped my own puppies, one four years ago
and one last week. I had them done with they were spayed and they would be
under anyhow, so I wouldn't feel so badly but I would feel a bit safer with
them being microchipped. I would let the owner do it, not the breeder. I
am an owner and feel perfectly fine doing that. Gayle Draus at
