At what age can a puppy be microchipped and does everyone microchip their
pups before they leave for their new home or do they request that the new
owner do it? Just curious to know what most are doing regarding this.

I do my puppies at 6 weeks of age, with their vaccinations...It is
compulsory to microchip puppies before going to their new homes (In NSW
Australia).....It is illegal to even give a dog away to someone without it
being chipped.....
