Ahh, situational ethics. Yes, if you use this sort of reasoning I can see
how it can make sense to you.
However, it would have been better for the breed had the old club accepted
the invitation to be the parent club. In hindsight, voting against the AKC
was not in the best interests of the breed and is still causing major gene
pool problems. How these will eventually be remedied is anyone's guess.
