First of all, how is asking a simple, one line question, "putting words in your 
mouth"??
You made a comment, and I simply asked for clarification.

Nobody is talking about breeding "ugly" dogs, but dogs that are not fully tested and/or
bred too young, or don't have parents who are health clear simply should not be bred.
Period.  I really don't understand how someone can justify breeding a dog, however
'beautiful' and conforming to type, if the deck isn't stacked in it's favor as far as
health
is concerned.

If a breeder doesn't make health the first priority, I'm wondering if this fact is 
shared
with potential puppy buyers?
