Hi Laura and list -
Yes, this was to explain why people who want puppies back want to
keep their names on the papers until after they get their puppy.
I'm sure you've read my previous posts so you know this "pyramid" scheme is
not something I do but I felt I could possibly explain why simply buying a
puppy back doesn't always satisfy all the "needs" of the original breeder.
