Because, Laura, I don't like to ship bitches in season. If I sell a show potential puppy to someone accross the country, I sell it to them at pet price and when I get my puppy back (from a breeding to a dog that I normally would not have access to) I have new bloodlines. The 2 times I've done this I got puppies back that went undershot. I feel bad about this since I will not show an undershot dog but their breeder finished every dog I sent her (correct bites) and I could not do the same for her.
