5 puppies with LSH surge, progestrone, and smear (certified lab for blood tests) performed on the bitch...one AI with extended cool semen both CKCS six years old. 3 puppies with progestrone and smear (certified lab for blood test) performed on the bitch...CKCS female 2 years of age and male 6 years of age...two AI with extended cool semen performed. 1 puppies with progestrone and smear (in house lab test) performed on the bitch... CKCS female 2 years old and male 10 years old. Missed "best" timing days (but still within range) so decided to go ahead due to stud dog age. Two AI with extended cool semen. So it appears that the LSH surge test is critical for size of litter...along with an excellent lab to standardized the quality of the tests. I hope this helps...
