I prefer to use Just Born. I use either a bottle or I tube the puppy.
Tubing is something you can learn from you vet. The emeregency clinic
where I took my little one refused to tube him. Yet without tubing he
would not have made it. He would not nurse, so I took him to my vet's
the next day and he tubed him and got him started. I did that for a day
or two and then he took to a bottle and finally mom. I only use tubing
as a last resort. If the puppy will nurse at all a bottle, although
time consuming, is safer. It takes a lot of work to get a nipple with
the right size hole in it but once you do the puppy will drink a lot of
milk. I use that same nipple until it wears out.

In my first Cavalier litter the mothers milk went bad and I had to
bottle feed 4 puppies. It took all day and I actually had shifts of
people who came over and gave me a break. I started them on food at 3
1/2 weeks. They all survived and Winston, the one I kept, will be 11 in
Dec. There are other breeders who prefer to tube, but I don't like to
do it.
