Everyone who wants to know how to handle the verrification of health
testing, I tell them to ask the breeder if they may call the examining vet
to verify the health tests.  If the "vet" is in a different country, well,
that's a clue.....I think if your vet won't back you up, or even remember
who you are, well ....?
