YEs that is it.... Now go bake those cookies..... Here is a wonderful dish for Christmas if you want to make it. This can be made up to two weeks in advance so on Christmas day you just put it in the oven and all the messy part was done long before your guest arrive. Mashed Potato 5 lbs of potatoes 6 oz cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp onion salt 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 TBS butter Cook, peel and mash potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and beat til light and fluffy. Cool. this can be used anytime up until two weeks if kept refridgerated. Cover and place in fridge. ON day of dinner dot with slices of butter and cover top with grated cheese (mild cheddar or your favorite) Bake in oven at 350 for 30 to 40 min. Serve hot.
