Crunchy Broccoli Salad 1 bunch of fresh broccoli (flowettes only) 1 cup of dry roasted sunflower seeds 12 strips of bacan (fried crispy and crumbled) Dressing (boy is this a really good dressing) 1 c mayonase (I use miracle whip instead) 1/4 c sugar 2 Tabs white vinegar Toss salad lightly in dressing and keep in refrigerator covered until ready to serve. Best if put together the day served. You can add fresh mushrooms if desired.
