Hi Anne At the risk of being shot down in flames, (A) because I'm not American, (B) because I'm not big on self promotion so most of you wont know of me, and (C) because I only have 20 + years of experience (and am still learning), I was very hesitant about having a say in this, but I just couldn't help myself :-))) The above statement would have to be one of the most sensible I have read during the last few days!! And I am sure that all "concerned" breeders realise this, and are going about doing it in their own way :-) Also, I might as well bury myself completely! IMHO, opinions are something everyone is entitled too, whether they be right or wrong :-) Is it really necessary on a public forum, to have the type of sheer nastiness I have seen a bit of on this list lately :-(?? I realise it is an emotive subject, and "personalities" are involved, but a lot of it has made for rather unpleasant reading :-(( Roll on the recipes :-) at least they are a "nice" diversion....Cathy, the mashed potatoes sound lovely, I am going to make them tonight LOL!!
