This is like culture shock. In Goldens it is standing operating procedure to include in all advertisements in our club magazine for stud dogs and litter listings clearances for hips (OFA or PENNHIP), elbows (OFA), CERF, and a heart clearance. It is part of the advertising policies in the magazine. Puppy referral throughout the local member clubs will not refer puppy buyers to a breeder who has an upcoming litter or litter on the ground without copies of all aforementioned clearances on the sire and dam submitted to them first.
