At present I have 7 people on my waiting list for a show puppy. Two DO want boys! Of the other 5 who want girls, one will take any color, one a ruby or tricolor, one a tricolor but possibly a blenheim, and two only a tricolor. Most of these people have been waiting for a long time already. Several are coming to the Columbus specialty this weekend. Most are in contact with other breeders as well. It is just plain hard to get puppies period, let alone show puppies--for now. It really is that bad out there. I have discussed this problem with all of them. They know what they are in for--and they are willing to wait.
