I have utilized microchipping on my CKCS...I have alway had the "Home Again" chip placed. I find the dogs reacting only in minor discomfort similar to the vaccination process. I always have my Vet place the chip...
I am going to start microchipping all puppies placed as pets in the future...I like the idea of the additional "safety net" as suggested by other breeders on the list.
