Myra, you are taking what has been said personally. The discussion was meant
be general and my portion of it certainly was not aimed at any one person
nor actually at any particular decision. In any event, if you test your dogs
for your own knowledge and not to conform, then "groupthink" does not apply.

I was speaking in general terms and wasn't even thinking of testing so much
as other club decisions and "norms" of the past. There are many established
"norms" in the Cavalier world which are a product of "groupthink" and do a
disservice to the breed. The dual registry phenomenon for one. But I don't
mean to start that old worn thread.
