There was one in a pet store that a puppy owner of mine saw.  The price was
originally $1500.00, when the poor thing didn't sell, they kept lowering the
price, I think they went down to $600.00.  I would think they are not paying
over $200.00, so they still made a profit.  In the end, the person who
bought it called me, because she found our club on the web.  She told me how
smart she was as "she got a good deal"  and her vet said the puppy is
"completely healthy", did you ever shout into the wind?
