Actually when I was treasurer the money brought in by registrations did not quite meet the expenses. One of the goals Bob Smith had was to change this. He wanted registration to be *self-sufficient*. According to the last Treasurer's Report registration income for 2002 will about equal the expenses. If CKCSC were to quit being a registering body, it would make no difference whatsoever in it's financial status. But it sure would *feel* different!
