Well yesterday I knew I would be up all night whelping puppies so as I was driving buy a farmers market spot I bought 48 pounds of strawberries. I was cleaning strawberries all night as I waited for puppies. I ate enough of them to make myself sick also.
I feel it may be appropriate to add this little recipe to sweeten things up. Take a jar of Marshmallow cream and mix together with a 6 oz bar of softened Philly Cream Cheese for a great fruit dip for the strawberries. It is so yummy. We ended up not have the last puppy till nine this morning. First puppy was a 8 oz ruby boy, a 10 oz ruby girl and then a 12 oz b/t boy. All are doing fine.
