As a relative newcomer, I am interested in knowing whether one can register
a dog with CKCSC, USA without being or becoming a member of the CKCSC, USA
Club? Should the answer to this be yes, then a follow-up question is "What
is the Code of Ethics tied to, registering a dog, membership in the club or
both?

For example, can an imported dog which is eligible for registration with
CKCSC but which is not registered be mated with a CKCSC registered bitch,
and the resultant litter be registered with CKCSC, USA? If no, what
prohibits this within the provisions of the CKCSC, USA?
