With all due respect, Winnie...How does mandatory health testing and mandatory compliance with the suggested MVD protocol correlate with the registration of AKC dogs? The club requires neither at this point, nor are they likely to at any point in time. So...how did the two separate issues become connected in your opinion? Myra
