If the CKCSC would make health testing of the parents mandatory to registering a litter for all cavaliers, not just the ones who are AKC registered, I would wholeheartedly support it. However, if it was thrown in there to apply only to AKC registered dogs, I personally would consider it the highest form of hypocrasy. "Do as I say; not as I do." Myra
