Well, thank you for agreeing that we are capable of making intelligent decisions.  ;-)

I, for one, will be happy to consider voting for the change *when* and *if* full
testing (and disclosure) and the suggested protocol become mandatory.  I do hear
what you're all saying about increasing the gene pool, but until there's some 
safeguard 
against (even more) indiscriminate breeding then we're not doing our breed any favors.
