Wow, I'd be tarred and feathered in my current breed if I bred a male at that age. As it is, a well known breeder in Goldens is still catching a ton of flack for breeding her multiple time submitted OFA excellent pre-limmed boy with all other clearances before 2. As for bitches, you might be able to get away with an 18 month old bitch with a pre lim of Good or better and even then it is done rather hush hush. I am not judging here just expressing a bit of culture shock so to speak LOL
