The only resource we had was our breeder vet.  She says that at 12 weeks, if
they are overshot, it is for life, with a small chance of improving it or
fixing it by removing the bottom canines.  Also, she says that the only age
that you can remove those little canines is at 15 weeks.  Prior to that, the
removal of the baby teeth (which still have a very long root) may possibly
damage the adult teeth and after that, there isn't enough time left for
improvement.  If the puppy is still overshot at 12 weeks, you should
consider them to be pets but still take steps to improve the mouth for the
sake of their adult health.   Now....before anyone decides to take exception
to what I've said...it's all based on my vet's say so.  I don't know anymore
than I have just typed in.  Different vets may well have different opinions.
  We followed her advice and it does appear to have helped.  The puppy is
