I agree that it would wonderful for the judge to ask the handler to stand up.
 However, to dump a dog because the handler was on the ground I believe would
be very inappropriate.  As opposed as I am to that practice I would probably
take the refusal to stand into consideration and consider that a fault of the
dog...much as I would any other fault.  If the dog had fewer faults than the
other entries, much as I would hate to condone the practice, I would have to
place that dog.
