Thanks to all the suggestions on how to negotiate with the gas company
The good news is-- The Meter was moved on Monday. It took one year and two
weeks from the first negotitation to the first trenching until the actual
move slowed by getting permits and inspections by building and safety .

I am pleased knowing there is no reason for them to need access to the
area anylonger.

Thanks for your help and suggestions. My Cavaliers thank you too
